Well this is a first – I never thought I’d find myself writing about a car from the same year I was posting. But lo and behold comes this 2024 Honda Custom to prove me horribly wrong.
Also I never thought I’d describe anything as ‘Take this green texta, close your eyes, spin around three times and with your eyes still closed, draw your best version of a Tesla Cybertruck’ but again, here we are.
And like the best described as interesting projects on this site, yes this green machine is for sale..
Honda Custom – You’ll be Green with envy if you miss out! Or not.
Part mobile house, part house material and looking like the old Top Gear Trio of Jezza, James and Hamster tried to build a car again, there’s lots going on with this Green Honda Custom beastie from the town of Okemos Michigan and not just the sizzling colour either. Like the lights. And the seat covers. And the rain deflection and the…
And the…
Look this one is hard to describe to be honest, aside from being a prime example how recycling materials could be used. I’m not suggesting it’s a good example, but hey it still is an example.
And looks aside, apparently it’s still reliable (and affordable) transport which means if you buy it, it may be some years down the road before you have to call roadside assistance and completely confuse whoever shows up to help get it back on the road again.
This Fully Custom Built Hybrid is 100% street legal with no mechanical issues ready to be driven in town with no issues. It is fully equipped with LED lights as well as high beam LED’s. This car is also equipped with full wrap around LED lights that go around the front and top half of the frame that come with a remote for different color changing options. This vehicle would be a perfect marketing strategy. It would definitely bring in large crowds at any gathering or any small business. This is a fully functioning vehicle that can be driven daily as well. I believe 2500 is more than a fair offer for such a unique vehicle with no issues. Please be respectful when messaging because this vehicle may not be for everybody that’s understandable.
Now not having too much history with the Honda brand (I’ll happily admit the only Honda I’ve ever driven was a neighbours S2000 which was thrilling!), I’m probably wrong with my suggestion it’s a Honda Jazz or Honda Fit lurking underneath all that sheeting. Given it’s an US based car, there’s probably a few models we don’t have here in Australia so this Honda Custom could be something I’ve never heard of. So if you recognise the dash or interior (sorry, I don’t have any engine shots because it’s probably not easy to access..) please let me know in a comment below and help illuminate us all.
(I could message the seller but he may think I want to buy it and I really don’t have the space for such a tribute to both the shade of green and LEDs.)
This Honda Custom is currently priced to clear at $2500.
‘This is too much! Give me a normal Honda please!’
Er…no can do I’m afraid. Aside from this sizzling green Honda custom, the only thing that’s turned up across my quirky radar Honda related are the bike power examples recently and this Honda Civic I tripped over last year.
Which looks like a Honda Civic from the back, but a mobile lighting platform up front.
And if you have decided after seeing the many (green) angles of this Honda Custom that you can’t be swayed from your original plan of buying an actual legitimate Tesla Cybertruck, well let me point you in the right direction. Tell Elon Al said hi and maybe ask him if you can get your Cybertruck in a nice shade of recycled green?
